SAVANNAH, Ga. – Foram Group, a third-generation, family-owned and operated team of real estate business professionals, recently announced Timothy Morneau, AIA, has joined its team as a development project manager. In that role, he will oversee all aspects of Foram’s design and construction projects.
Morneau, a licensed architect in both California and Georgia, and a licensed Contractor in CA, brings more than 20 years of experience to Foram. Prior to his current job, he worked in Los Angeles as a project manager with Gensler, the world’s largest design and architecture firm; as a senior project manager with HMC Architects; and as a freelance architect. From 2000 to 2004, he worked as a professor of architecture at SCAD.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from SCAD, as well as a master’s degree in architecture from Syracuse University with a focus on history of urban planning.
